Dave Henselman, CCIM has worked on many different projects including property maintenance, extensive remodels, and new construction. As a former General Contractor and Project Manager, He has been involved with many change-of-use, rehab, and new development projects throughout thePacific Northwest. Maria Barta, our Office Manager provides the essential detail follow-up that our projects require. Jessica Folmer, CPM, is our in-house Property Manager ensures that all projects end up in a turn-key condition, and can be managed in a professional manner.

CPM has performed many different roles in the real estate development process, from General Contractor to Project Manager. Our most recent large project involved the use conversion of an industrial space to an indoor soccer/sports facility.
This project involved not only the leasing, but more importantly we worked with governmental agencies for the approval of the use. We consulted the expertise of architects and engineers for design concepts and structural & seismic reviews. The use of value engineering helped to control costs and set a budget. We also prepared a scope of work, obtained bids, hand selected qualified General and Sub Contractors, and created a schedule with critical dates and on-site supervision and reporting, as needed. Furthermore, we approved draws & prepared lien releases. The work included building & site improvements, as well. The accounting and disbursements were done through Property Management.
