Commercial Project Management is a full-service agency offering a diverse menu of services, ranging from property management to construction projects. Located in the Reno-Tahoe Metro Area, one of the fastest growing areas in the United States, our history and experience in the area make us uniquely qualified to help our clients make the most of the area’s business-friendly climate and it’s majestic natural splendor.

Our knowledgeable staff has more than 55 years combined experience in property management, commercial and investment real estate, project management and construction supervision. We currently manage over 40 buildings totaling over 2 million square feet with over 200 tenants. Our annual rent collections total more than $2 million in Reno, Sparks and the surrounding areas. We’ve increased, and continue to increase, occupancy at each property with most at or near 100%. We’ve successfully reduced operating costs for our clients, some by as much as 25%. Our high rate of client retention over the last 15 years speaks to our excellent service and reputation. We believe that we retain our clients because of the relationships and trust we build. As Commercial Project Management currently stands, 100% of our management properties are referral based.

Dave Henselman | Founder has acquired over thirty years of  Brokerage experience in the leasing, sales, and management of commercial and investment property, combined with over thirty-six years of “hands-on” Project Management, and supervision of the construction, build to suit, development and the redevelopment of commercial property.  Dave’s success stems from his extensive experience along with the use of a more personal approach to doing business.

Jessica Jardine | CEO has over fourteen years experience in the business.  She is widely recognized and accredited as an outstanding professional in the local real estate community.  Jessica is serving as the President of the local Institute of Real Estate Management chapter, in 2013.  She holds both the Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM), and Certified Property Manager (CPM) titles. She also earned Commercial Property manager of the year in 2012 from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and again at the Summit awards in 2013.

Sabrina Wilson | CFO joined our team in 2016 as our Accountant. She has over 10 years experience in the accounting field including AP, AR, Payroll, Human Resources, Financial Analysis, and Budgeting.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in accounting in 2014 and her Certified Bookkeeping Certificate in 2021.  In 2017 she implemented our Accounting/Property Management software, Yardi.

Stacy Cohn | Property Manager joined our team in March of 2018. She started as our Administrative Assistant and worked her way up to become a Property Manager. She is a fourth generation, Reno native. She has nearly 20 years of experience in Office Management and Administration. She managed a staff of 32 employees in administrative functions including: payroll, A/R, A/P, reconciliations, reporting, Customer Service, Human Resources, recruiting, hiring, and training. Furthermore she has experience in running a local business branding company, Customer Service for a relocation service, office operations for a dental office and teaching Elementary aged children about architecture, engineering and science through a specialized program. Stacy has a passion for helping others and cares deeply for her community. She is excited to be a part of a team that is committed to serving others, exceeds expectations, and has unequaled experience and knowledge in Commercial Real Estate.

Lisa Read | Director of Leasing & Sales is immensely devoted to her family and her career. She has helped to build the Reno/Sparks area in many ways, including her extensive knowledge and duration in real estate as well as connecting people to help each other succeed. Jennifer Schneider | Operations Manager was born and raised in Munich, Germany. After successfully graduating from Vocal school to become a paralegal she then started her career in a national collection Agency where she managed a team of 25 people. While raising her kids and pursuing her career, the opportunity arises in 2014 for her family to move to the United States of America. Her husbands worked in San Francisco and her family settles in the Bay Area where she got accustomed to her new life in the United States. They decided that Reno will be their new home in 2020. She joined our team as Operations Manager in December of 2021. She supports the company by helping to navigate and plan out bigger projects, is a big part in our marketing department, retains customers, vendors and employees with excellent customer service and great attention to detail.

Brian Daniels | Maintenance Supervisor Raised and has lived in Northern Nevada for most of his life, except for a brief time where he ended up  in Las Vegas and has decided the Reno area is truly home. Helping to start and supervise various departments of some of the biggest warehouses in the Reno/Sparks area. Enjoys helping people and working with his hands so he decided to move into the Maintenance field where he can use his extensive knowledge and Customer Service to complete tasks on time and above standard. Traveling the world, camping and family keep him centered and excited for the next big project. Brian has 10+ years’ experience ins supervising teams and is an asset to our company.
